Every choice or non choice moves us.  The book Brain Rules is about how the brain works and what is best for it.  Lumosity is suppose to improve brain function.  So try to follow this book and train with luminosity. Where will it lead?  So far…encouraging.  Mood was 😦 today with 8 hours of sleep and training on luminosity scored higher in tests than before.  This was a first 8 hour sleep day.  So is mood a factor in learning or brain function?  What if it had been 🙂 day mood?  Movement (walking/running) is recommended at 12 miles a day.  Biking is going to have to take a bigger role here, but it is still moving.  As the owl says “Let’s find out. One, two, three…three”
